had a great city trip experience. The hotel had a beautiful ambience and design that made the stay pleasant. The location was also very convenient as it was close to key tourist attractions and public transportation. One of the best aspects was the quick response from the staff when we had a request.

The management of the hotel facilities was poor. The room and bathroom were not well-maintained.

The decorations were stylish and elegant. the location was great - close to key attractions and easy to navigate the area. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

We stayed for New Year's Eve and it was a complete disaster. the hotel management had organized a party, but it was overcrowded and chaotic.
